Plans and service billing

Understand the boundary between a Sprytto workspace subscription and customer purchases completed through Tebex.

Updated: 24 September 2026

Two separate commerce boundaries

Tebex handles purchases made by players in a published store and remains the merchant of record. Stripe is the reviewed adapter for a workspace owner's Sprytto service plan. One system never proves payment state for the other.

  • Sprytto adds no percentage fee to Tebex store sales.
  • Workspace plan limits cover projects, members, domains, media and operational features.
  • Only signed provider events can activate, suspend or cancel a service subscription.

Checkout and Customer Portal

Paid checkout remains closed until production Stripe configuration and legal/VAT review are complete. When enabled, only a workspace owner can start Checkout or open a fresh Stripe Customer Portal session.

  1. Review the plan, billing interval, currency and applicable tax information before leaving Sprytto.
  2. Complete payment only on the exact Stripe-hosted page opened by the server.
  3. Return to Billing and wait for the signed webhook state; a browser redirect is not activation proof.
  4. Use Customer Portal for the supported payment-method, invoice and cancellation actions.

Lifecycle and support

Subscription updates are monotonic and bound to the active provider reference. Old or parallel events are retained as ignored evidence and cannot replace the current plan.

Before public paid launch, final prices, refund rights, cancellation timing, tax treatment and legal entity details must appear in the reviewed commercial terms.
