What syncs
The catalogue worker reads categories, packages and the public fields needed by reviewed storefront components. The projection is tenant-scoped, validated and replaced only by a complete successful snapshot.
- Names, descriptions, images, package IDs and provider-formatted price information.
- Availability and package input definitions required before basket mutation.
- No private key, webhook body, customer identity or payment data.
Run and review a sync
- Confirm the Tebex binding is healthy in Integrations.
- Start a manual sync or wait for the supervised catalogue worker.
- Review the last successful timestamp, category count and any closed error code.
- Compare a representative package and variable input with Tebex before publishing.
Failure behavior
A failed or partial provider response never replaces the last known good catalogue. A stale projection is surfaced in operations and publication diagnostics instead of silently inventing product data.
